Sorry for the absence i've been somewhat busy, as my health has improved slightly and back to doing a little light work to swell the coffers once more, well Hyacinth does need some care and attention, a little bodywork needs attention as the rust worm appears to start showing it's ugly head, so have to keep her up to scratch, will try and be at the Warwick Castle show, and bring a couple of mates, all for a good cause Hyacinth will not be the best looker there but she is mine and is running perfect at the moment. I say much more as i don't want to tempt fate. catch you all anon.
Stan, no car outside a museum is perfect; ours certainly aren’t. What counts is that it’s yours, and you care for and use it. At a recent show I met a guy who uses a rather disreputable looking 1924 Hupmobile as his daily driver. I have more respect for someone who keeps an old car in use, than for number plate whores who must have a new one every six months, and waste half their earnings on depreciation. Be at Warwick, if you possibly can.
Britain is an Idiocracy;- we have government of idiots, by idiots, for idiots.
