This weeks questions were all about the infamous Jaguar Leaper, instantly recognisable, but do you know all about it? Peter Simpson raised some incredible questions, and here are his answers, along with a little more Jaguar trivia you may not have known...
1. The first official leaper appeared in December 1938 but during its lifetime how many versions were produced?
C. 8 Did you know that only versions 1 to 3 were officially fitted to UK cars, later ones were for export models?
2. To which of these models was the Leaper not fitted?
A. Mark VII Did you know that although the Mark VII was in production when the leaper was offered in 1955 as an option for the 2.4/3.4 (Mark I), Jaguar waited until the Mark VIII before adding it to that model?
3. Jaguar ceased production of the Leaper in 1969 but reintroduced a spring-loaded version for American markets in which year?
B. 1994 Did you know that Jaguar Leapers were also supplied to other countries after this date. Jaguar chose not to continue the leaper for the UK market, although legally a spring-loaded version could be fitted?
If you managed to get two out of three right this week you would have joined our list of 'Most Knowledgeable Jagsters' in our Facebook group - so congratulations.. if you managed to get all three right you would genuinely be our MOST knowledgeable Jagster of the week!

Despite a dose of 'manflu' earlier in the week, I have made it through to Friday :-) and it is a good job too, as so, so much has been going on this week that I need to fill you in on..
This morning I checked on how many days we have until the day, and it is just 135 days!
It sounds like a long time, but I have a lot of things to bring into place yet.. if you haven't registered yet, please consider registering sooner rather than later as your registration helps with printing costs, infrastructure costs, website and email costs and so much more - all of which I need to get sorted in less than 135 days now. Plus whatever we have left at the end of the day will be going to the RNLI, and possibly the Rotary Club to help them in the incredible work they do.
The number of Jaguars registered for this years event is steadily increasing and we curently have 60 Jaguars signed up and you can already meet some incredible and unique cars on the day including a Project 7, Project 8, and an XJ220.
This week SNG Barratt officially re-signed with us, which is incredible, and I am still waiting on one other sponsor to progress from a promise to, to officially re-signing. As you know only approx 50% of what I work on comes into place with our events, but I am (as always) hopeful.
This week I identified which areas of the events website have been struggling and in need of more TLC, and as a result Kat Collins & Graham Tongue (the original Jagster) have joined the team to help look after and develop those areas. A massive Thankyou to them for getting involved, and helping make a difference for Jagsters.
If honest I had a shock this morning when I checked how many days we had left - 4 months off sounds far longer than 135 days LOL
OK, so where are we with things? We have the signage for the roundabout, signage for the organisers tent, believe we have located a tent we can borrow, and we have high vis vests, and our website, Instagram & Twitter feeds, chat groups, Facebook group, email and so on are all stable and under control. The hit list of the basics we still need to buy/pay for is printing, additional signage for the road going into Denbies, a stand up flag for the Convoy start point & two tressle tables. Additionally jobs on my list include more trade/club signings, encouraging more use of our trade and club/forum plots, starting to gather Welcome Pack contents, working hard on getting us to the planned 300 Jaguars for the day, and working on plan B's for everything lol
If anyone would like to help with any of the above please get in touch, any donations towards our costs, or offers of help in exchange for advertising would be very, very welcome.
Our event Telegram and WhatsApp chat groups have been becoming more active, and our Facebook group has been very active. The event website is now averaging 20 or so visitors a day, and our UK visitors are now three times as many as European visitors. Additionally our accomodation deal, exclusive to our attendees has had a much bigger takeup this year than previously so there is the possibility of something going on the night before the event too.. I am open to ideas, and happy to organise anything you guys would like (within reason lol)
As of next week I will be starting to follow up with our event sponsors and encouraging a takeup of our Trade plots , and if any of you are a member of a club that is not yet working with us could you please put them in touch with us as we offer free club/forum plots, free allocated areas, free inclusion of advertising in the Welcome Packs, plus a free feature page on the event website.
Also next week I need to follow up with the Rotary Club (Dorking) regarding their possible involvement with us, and start to collate the information on the convoy/drive and main event, ready for printing.
So, as I mentioned we have lots going on, and any offers of help or support would be very gratefully accepted as we approach the event :-)
OK, so here are the current stats for our event so you can see in figures how we are doing:
Our forum threads have received an incredible 20,267 hits Our Instagram feed has 618 followers Our Twitter feed has 622 followers Our Facebook page has 4952 friends Our Facebook group has an incredible 800 members Our Telegram Chat Group has 9 members Our WhatsApp Chat Group has a growing membership of 29 members We have 60 Jaguars signed up so far (and are looking for another 240 :-)) and 113 attendees Our 2020 Gallery has been filling up only has a few gaps now and is well worth checking out We have Jaguars spanning from 1967 right through to 2020 already booked with us We have 19 incredible sponsors We have 9 trade stands booked so far We have 2 club allocation areas that are filling up We have 4 club/forum stands already booked We have 1 Talk by The Pro session booked so far, with more to follow We have 5 Awards confirmed so far
Thankyou to everyone involved with our event - whether it be as an attendee, sponsors, supporter, a team member or just following our progress - without you we genuinely would not have the event we have :-)
If you feel able to help out in any way whether it be by giving our event some of your time, expertise or financial help please just drop me a line.. meanwhile we genuinely have the biggest grassroots event ever ahead of us and a Great British Day Out for Jaguar Owners for you :-)

Ok everyone - here are the answers you are looking for this week - noting that I only got one right myself - so massive congratulations to everyone who got more than me :-)
The XK120 was a sports car built in 1948 to showcase the XK engine, never intended for full-scale production and therefore built in aluminium. How many aluminium cars were built before demand led to full scale production in steel? B 240 Did you know that originally Jaguar assumed they would just make โa couple of hundredโ XK120s in total. In fact 12,061 were built during its production from 1949 to 1954!
Weber Carburettors were first fitted to the Le Mans XK120C (C-type) in 1953. Which was their country of origin? A. Italy Did you know they were produced by Edoardo Weber, the C-type used three twin-choke carburettors.
Which was the best-selling XK120 model? A. OTS (open two-seater) Did you know the OTS model figure was 7614, although this was by far the longest running model and most went for export to America.
A huge Thankyou goes out to Peter Simpson for this weeks questions - our Jaguar Trivia Guru :-)

Hi everyone - Yes, I know it isn't a Friday and it's not your idea of a Tuesday reading long posts - but so, so much is going on currently with our event a mid week update is needed :-)
Our event website is about to gain a Club/Forums Register page, where you can list your club or forum - just email the details to [email protected] and we will get you added in. We have a new member of the team looking after this - Neil Allen.. please join me in welcoming him to the team.. you can contact Neil directly at [email protected] A massive Thankyou to him for this.
Our infrastructure is coming along in leaps and bounds with the help of your registrations, and we have just ordered the flag for the start point of the convoy element to save people the usual issue of locating me :-) In addition to this we have a banner for the roundabout exit to Denbies, and another banner for the Organisers tent/stand.. I am still working on sorting our tressle tables (our last one lasted seven years would you believe), directional signage, and our printing costs. We are a grassroots event, always have been so what we don't manage I will work around, but so far we have a massive improvement for everyone with the event.
Our 2020 Gallery is doing really well, and is well worth viewing.. however we are still missing some Jags there.. if you have one of the following Access Pass numbers could you send an image in along with some descriptive text if at all possible as it would be great to have everyone listed there.. 002, 004, 009, 010, 017, 029, 034, 036, 041, 042, 045, 047, 049, 056, 065, & 066.. Massive thanks in advance :-)
For the first year ever we have the Jaguar Drivers Club involved which is incredible .. They have asked for a club plot and an allocated area - please join me in making them feel very welcome.
On a lighter note, on looking at the list of attending Jaguars you may note that I have purposefully skipped 013 and 069 for obvious reasons :-)
A massive Thankyou to everyone - you have such a huge effect on what we can do for you by registering, supporting, sponsoring, and helping with our grassroots event :-)

A huge Thankyou to Peter Simpson for his incredible ABC questions this week.. and here are the answers you have been waiting for.. how did you do this week? If you got more than one you are way ahead of me :-)
1. What did the โCโ in XJC officially stand for? C. There was no official designation
Did you know it was generally assumed to denote โCoupรฉโ but never officially designated as such. The car was based on the XJ Series 2 in short wheelbase form and released in 1975 (all XJ saloon models in short wheelbase had been discontinued in 1974 with only a long wheelbase version available)?
1. What did the โCโ in XK120C stand for? B. Competition
Did you know Also known as the C-type the car was built as a competition version of the XK120 designed to race at Le Mans?
2. What did the โAโ in E1A stand for? A. Aluminium
id you know it was designed to race at Le Mans but Jaguar ceased competing there before the car was ready. It became commonly referred to internally as the E-type for simplicity, but was not intended directly to become the production model of that name. The full designation was Experimental type 1 in aluminium?

It's Friday!! I can't believe it - We have made it through the week :-)
Things have been very busy with our event over the past week and I have so much to share with you, so you need to settle down with a comfy cushion and a mug of tea or coffee whilst I bring you up to date.. :-)
We have been trying hard to make connections not just in the UK, but around the world, and where we had managed to connect with some European clubs, we were struggling to get our event known wider afield. This month we managed to get ourselves listed in the 'Jaguar Clubs of North America Jaguar Journal' which is an umbrella organisation that spans a vast percentage of the Jaguar clubs in that area, and as a result already have two Canadian Jagsters (Karen & Doug Haakonsen) signed up for our 2020 event. They cannot bring their XK8 with them so will be travelling to the event with Mark Lambourne, and then back from the event with myself giving them experience of two British Jaguars that are very different to their own. Please join me in making them very welcome at our event. For us to gain a listing with this organisation is incredible.. not many, if any UK grassroot events make it into there :-)
Neil Allen has joined the team here this week, and will be looking after our new Club/Forum Register.. please join me in making him feel very welcome, and if you would like YOUR club or forum listed please drop a line to him at [email protected] and we will make sure you are listed.
With the help of everyone registering for our event, for the first year ever we now have the following items for the day: High Vis vests, Banner for the roundabout exit, Banner for the Organisers tent, and now as of this week finally a vertical flag for the start point of the drive/convoy element - a massive Thankyou to everyone - after seven years of not managing to assemble anything with the very limited funding we had this is incredible and will make things so, so much better for everyone :-) That's not to say we are completely there yet as I still need to sort printing costs, replacement tressle tables (my 7 year old one has finally fallen apart lol), a tent, a loud hailer (yes I have finally learnt that this will save me spending the day walking everywhere for everyone lol), and some additional signage for the route into the main arena at Denbies. But already you have made a HUGE difference to the day for everyone - I cannot Thank you enough for your support, it's incredible.
For the first year ever we have managed to connect with the Jaguar Driver Club via their Area 4 Kent group.. I am happy to be able to announce that they will be joining the other incredible forums and clubs on site to meet you, with a stand and allocated area. A massive Thankyou to them for choosing to work with us.
Our 2020 Gallery, a unique feature, where you can see the Jaguars you will be meeting on the day has been growing but still has a few gaps.. if your Jaguar isn't there please, please consider sending a picture in and helping us make it a complete listing for the day :-)
We are still short of our target figure of 300 Jaguars for the day, so if you haven't registered yet please do - we would love to have you with us on the day :-)
Finally, a mini announcement - this weekend I will genuinely be quiet regarding our event as it is my 18th Wedding Anniversary.. my wife has somehow put up with me for this long, and for the past seven years sharing me with our event, and whilst we don't have anything planned we will hopefully be having some us time :-)
Here are this weeks figures for everyone so you know where we are currently:
Our forum threads for this years event have amassed a massive 23,011 hits so far Our Facebook Page has 4,956 friends Our Facebook group has an incredible 808 Jagsters as members Our Instagram account is growing and now has 658 followers Our Twitter feed is as always stable at 624 followers Our LinkedIn account has over 500 network connections Our Telegram chat group has 9 members Our WhatsApp group has been growing and now has 33 members We have 69 incredible Jaguars already signed up spanning over 60 years of production We have 135 attendees We have 3 club allocated areas We have 5 club/forum stands booked We have 9 Trade stands booked so far We now have 7 awards your Jaguar could win
We still have quite a way to go with our preparations for the day, but are well on our way to our best ever Great Day Out for Jaguar Owners this May. Thankyou to absolutely everyone involved with our event

Welcome to Monday and another mini update between our Friday Stats..
As you all know, our event is as transparent in things as it can be.. and if we have good news we announce it, but if there is an issue or problem we also make you aware.. it is as always YOUR event :-)
This weekend it was my 18th wedding anniversary - no idea how my better half has put up with me this long :-) and the plan was for a quiet weekend 'off the grid' - it doesn't happen often if honest as our event is seldom quiet :-)
Saturday afternoon we became aware that our WhatsApp Chat Group had been compromised with posts with dubious content appearing from an unknown source. Christopher & I spent some time looking for a way to bar or restrict members of a WhatsApp group and found that WhatsApp does not have any granular controls of members or the ability to ban members.
We have been running a Telegram Chat group alongside the WhatsApp group for some time now, and the Telegram group does have all the controls that we need including ability to ban members, restrict what can be posted and more which sets up well for when the group gets bigger.
So, after some discussion with members of the WhatsApp group we decided to discontinue support for the WhatsApp Chat group. Anyone who is currently in our WhatsApp group needs to unsubscribe from the group and move to our Telegram group. You can download the Telegram App free from both the Apple store and the Google Play store, just download it, setup a free account and follow the link on our website homepage to the new group. You can even install it on your laptop or computer too once you have an account there :-)
I am sorry we are having to close the WhatsApp group, but our Jagsters security is a priority - and Telegram is far more suited to chat groups such as ours.
If you need any help with switching to Telegram please drop a message to [email protected] and I will do all I can to help.
Meanwhile, apologies again :-(

Another news update - they just keep on coming this week..
Denbies have very generously agreed to offer tasting and tour experiences at group rates to our attendees, which is a significant discount on the normal rates for individuals. All the information is available via the '2020 Event' tab on the event website, and in our Facebook Group.
Pre-booking for these is essential so please take a look at our itinerary and book any experiences to fit between the parts of our event you dont want to miss :-) and lastly don't forget to state you are with JaguarForumsUK and that these are only available to experience on the day of our event :-)

Ok guys, another mini update for you - it is definitely one of those weeks :-)
Our event website has gained a new feature - Club/Forum Register - if your favourite club or forum is not listed there yet please let me know & I will get it added in for you.
Additionally our event calendar has grown in leaps and bounds with many events now listed there.. if you organise an event that is not listed there please let me know and I will get your event added in for you.
I am just waiting on contact from the Rotary Club today, hopefully we will be working with them this year, in addition to the RNLI helping the bigger community.
We have another two potential sponsors that I am hoping will be signing up with us to help ensure you have a great day out with us.
Also we have a new two year project on the go in conjunction with the Jaguar Breakfast Club, which you will love.. news on how you can become involved will be posted after our anniversary event in 2021 - yep, long term plans on the go lol

Hi everyone,
A massive Thankyou to Peter Simpson of the Jaguar Breakfast Club for this weeks questions all about going on holiday with Sir William Lyons.
In our Facebook group we have two winners crowned as 'Most Knowledgeable Jagsters' of the week.. how did you do?
Here are the answers:
1. Sir William Lyons owned a holiday home in Devon, but whereabouts? B. Salcombe
Did you know Lyons bought the property in 1950. It was a former cafรฉ set in extensive grounds?
2. What was the property named? A. The Bolt
Did you know Sir William and Lady Lyons generally used the services of his chauffeur to drive them to Devon?
3. Lyons kept a boat there with the name of? C. Sea-type
Did you know this amusing name was of course taken from the C-type Le Mans Jaguar and showed that Sir William had a dry sense of humour?

It's Friday! We have made it, and as always our once a year event has been busier than you would expect :-)

We have gained a new sponsor, as of yesterday - MAD Detailing and they are offering an incredible prize for the prize draw to be announced nearer the time. Pleae join me inwelcoming them to our event :-)
This week Denbies agreed to offer group discounts to our attendees on the day of our event which is very generous of them, meaning you can now book wine tastings, tours and more to ensure you get the most out of your time at our Great British Day Out for Jaguar Owners.
I am waiting to hear back from the Rotary Club regarding their involvement with this years event - if they do come onboard we will be supporting two incredible chritable causes this year which will be fantastic and a real milestone for us :-)

Hi everyone - one day our event will be quiet, but that definitely isn't today or even this week :-)
As you are likely aware we have now officially joined forces with the Rotary Club (Dorking) and we will be supporting both theirselves and the RNLI with donations from our events. The Rotary Club will also be helping us out with the marshaling on the day too to help you all get into the main event quickly and efficiently.
Our new signage for the roundabout exit, and the start point of the convoy/drive will be with us next week, in plenty of time for the event.
We have had an enquiry from a UK based club, and have made contact with a Jaguar club in France - hopefully they will both come onboard with us.
Our event website has been undergoing some work so you will find some pages are either more concise or better presented, and others look very much like they are in progress - please bear with me as everything comes completely into place before the event :-)
The number of attendees is steadily growing and we are almost a third of the way to our target of 300 Jaguars for the day, and P & K Thornton Restorations have agreed to attend on the day itself so you can meet them and see their incredible restoration work.
Harwoods Jaguar have been supporting us for some years now, but have only just agreed to a feature page on our event website - it is well worth taking a look at if you get the opportunity.
I have checked up with our accomodation provider and we have had almost five times as many rooms booked there than in previous years, so we have increased our block allocation there to ensure that no one else intending to take advantage of the deal we have with them, has any problems booking.
Our Instagram following is steadily increasing, and I should make better use of that for the latest event news - we literally have, same as on Facebook, Jagsters all around the planet following us and seing what we are up to, which is incredible.
The process of booking attendees in has been finalised for this years event - I think you will find it is much beter than previous years and you will be able to sign in at the start of the day and get to the right place at the main venue so much more easily. Full details of the check-in process will be posted closer to the date for everyone.
My main concern at the moment is memory lol.. same as every year I know there is something in amongst everything I will have forgotten, but hopefully whatever it is, it is minor lol This year is much more complex with a much bigger team looking after everything for you - and this is our test run before our Anniversary event in 2021, so I am working hard to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible for everyone.
If anyone knows of any clubs or forums I should be in touch with, that would love to join us all on the day (remember club/forum plots and allocated areas are free to book!) please, please put them in touch with me, or me with them as we only have weeks now until the event....
Also if you haven't registered for this years event yet, please do! We have a fantastic Jaguar day out for you, and would love it if you could join us :-)
I will be posting the usual Friday Stats tomorrow so you know where we are with everything, and don't forget to give our weekly quiz a go.. Peter Simpson has given us some incredible questions this week :-)

Happy Friday Jagsters :-)
Here are the answers to this weeks trivia quiz. How did you do? If you got tweo or more right you should consider entering the quiz on our event facebook group as you could be listed as one of our 'Most Knowledgeable Jagster's of the week :-)
1. When the XK 120 was being developed into the XK 140 how was it referred to by the development team? C. XK 120 Mk IV
Did you know that the (XK) Mk IV was much tested by Norman Dewis who once took it to a Boy Scoutsโ Club meeting for them to look at the car โ none of todayโs great secrecy!
2. When the D-type was being developed what was its code name? A. XP/11
Did you know the car was sometimes called XKC 054 because the last C-type made was 053, although its actual chassis number was XKC 201. Itโs a wonder anyone knew what to call it!
3. The XJ-S replaced the E-type but what was its development name? A. XJ27
Did you know the XJ27 was always designed as a closed car but a convertible version with code name XJ28 was proposed but never developed.
Plesase join me in thanking Peter Simpson for this weeks incredible questions about our favourite marque.

After a weekend of storm Ciara, and with our Jaguars parked up safe and sound, we really need something to take our minds off the fact that it is a Monday - so here is this weeks Jaguar trivia quiz for everyone.

Good luck everyone :-)

2. The XK was constructed from aluminium and involved automation in its production but how much was built by robots? A. 60% B. 70% C80%

I know some of you reading our event threads and info are wondering whether to register for this years event, as after all a large commercial event often offers far more than you would expect from a grassroots not-for-profit event.
Well, our grassroots event is not your typical event - we are not-for-profit, support not one but two charities and at the same time offer you an incredible day out for not a lot, making us perfect for anyone like me who is on a budget but wants all the bells and whistles you get with a big event.
Our event will 'blow your doors off' as Michael Caine once said in a movie about British cars, and does so on pretty much no budget whatsoever.
Our event offers a convoy/drive element as well as our main event We have clubs, forums, specialists and national and multinational companies there to meet you We have awards you can win including fun ones such as exhaust tone and how clean is your engine bay? We have a prize draw with some incredible prizes you could win We have talks and demo's by the professionals, including all the free specialist advvice you could ever need Everything is included in your Registration except for your fuel, and lunch Your lunch costs are discounted on the day to help you eat well whilst you are with us You can (as an event attendee) get group discount on winery tours and tasting experiences You can meet Jaguars from all walks of life, meet businesses who depend on Jaguars and more On the day we may well be running our weekly 'Most Knowledgeable Jagster' Quiz - a chance to be noted by everyone as a Jaguar guru You can even get show prices on a number of must have products and services on the day
In all this you will be helping us to support the incredible RNLI & the Rotary Club (Dorking) make a difference to so many people at sea and in the local community
And it doesn't end there - we run weekly quizzes to test your Jaguar knowledge, we have an active Telegram Chat group, we have a Facebook group you will love, and a website that not only gives you all the archive photos, threads, and more but also all the latest event news, and is expanding to encompass all the latest JLR info too.
So whilst we are a grassroots Jaguar event with no budget, and one of the lowest registration costs out there we offer you more than almost any other grassroots event out there whilst also supporting charities, giving you a great day out and inclusion in a very active community where you can get as involved as you want, at a level that suits you.
We are involved with North American Jaguar Clubs, UK & European Clubs and forums, a range of specialist companies and we support ALL Jaguars be they showroom, cherished classics, school run, modified, project, or only just on the road (like mine :-)) so why not sign up for this years event and come along and see what we are doing for everyone? You will be guaranteed the same warm welcome whether you have a basic or top of the range Jaguar, modified or standard, old or new model..

So much is going on currently with our event - so here is a mini update for you :-)
The signage for the roundabout exit is now with me and looks incredible, as does the signage for the organiser tent. Huge thanks go to Purple Signs for it.
The Rotary Club are connecting with Soraya (who looks after our event marshalling) to ensure that everyone can get into the main venue without an issue.
We have just kicked off a club/forum register on the event website - if your club isn't there let me know and we will get it added. Its purpose is to connect you with a great and incredible Jaguar club or forum wherever you may be.
The number of attending Jaguars is growing, as is our 2020 Gallery where you can see what Jaguars you will meet on the day, before the day.
I am now very close to starting work on all the paperwork that goes into your Welcome Packs, just a few last jobs to do before I move onto that.
If you have yet to sign your Jaguar up please do.. we have an incredible event lined up for you, grassroots as always but on a scale we have never managed before, and this year you will be helping the RNLI & Rotary Club (Dorking) in their incredible work too.. so go on, sign your Jaguar up and guarantee your slot at our May 24th event :-)

This weeks questions were all about the XK (X150 model) from 2005 to 2014.
On our event Facebook group we had five Jagsters get two out of three.. how did you do?
1. Which model was designed first? B. Convertible
Did you know that even though the Coupรฉ was announced publicly one month before the convertible, the planning for the convertible began first due to its greater technical difficulty?
2. The XK was constructed from aluminium and involved automation in its production but how much was built by robots? A. 60%
Did you know that this figure was higher for the aluminium XJ (over 70%) but being a lower volume sports car there was more human involvement with the XK.
3. How many engine sizes were fitted to the XK during its lifespan? C. 3
Did you know that in addition to the 4.2 and 5.0 litre engines around 1300 cars received the 3.5 V8 as fitted to the XJ. These went to European markets dictated by tax and engine size brackets. Little is known about where they now!
A massive Thankyou to Peter Simpson of the JBC for these facts regarding the XK150, every week I am learning a little more about Jaguar :-)

It's Friday - we have made it :-) and it's time for our usual weekly stats..
We have had a busy week with our event with a lot happening on our event website - our Classified section is just starting to take off, our new Jaguar Experience page is doing well, and our new Club Register is finally fully in place enabling event attendees to find clubs and forums in their area that they can join. All the signage we have managed to purchase so far is now with me, and hopefully next week I can make a start on the paperwork inc maps, event info, sponsors and more that I need to produce for you guys.
Don't forget you still have time to book your wine estate tours, and tasting experiences with Denbies for the day remembering to say you are with JaguarForumsUK and we get the group rate.
Also, if you have been worrying about registering for this years event due to distance from you, we still have our uinique attendee only deal running with a great hotel very close to the start point, that you can book at a very good fixed rate.
This years event already has a streamlined registration system in place, and with the help we are receiving from the Rotary Club (Dorking) we can get you into the main venue quickly and efficiently than ever before.
One of our most popular pages on our event website recently is the 2020 Gallery - where, unlike most events, you can actually get to see the Jaguars you will meet on the day before the event.
If you are a member of, or run a Jaguar club (big or small) and you are not currently listed in our Club Register on the event website please just drop me a line with the details and I will get you added in.. if you are not listed there yet it just means no one has asked for a listing, so go on, get your club added in :-)
If you would like a FREE trade plot, community plot, or club plot and/or club allocated area PLEASE drop me a line as we still have some spare capacity for stands on site for the day.
And finally, if you haven't registered your Jaguar yet, you are risking missing out on a Great British Day Out for Jaguar Owners, talks, promotions, show prices, some work performed onsite, prizes, and awards and helping us to support the RNLI & Rotary Club (Dorking).. so go on, please register your Jaguar and help us to help you have a great day AND support charity..
Did I mention that this year our event patron Frank Woodford MBE will (subject to things) will be popping in by helicopter to meet everyone and promote the RNLI?
Ok, here are the stats so you know exactly where we are with things this week.....
We have 75 Jaguars and an incredible 144 attendees registered so far Our forum threads for this years event have received a massive 27,000 hits to-date Our Facebook page has 4954 friends and our group 828 members We have an amazing 21 sponsors We have 10 trade stands & 5 club stands booked so far Our Twitter feed is stable at 621 followers and Instagram is growing steadily with 704 followers Our event websites top most popular pages this week are in order of numbers of hits: Event Calendar 2020 Gallery Classifieds and Jaguar Experience
Why not check out our event website at www.jaguarforumsuk.com, check your favourite Jaguar Club is listed in the register and sign your Jaguar up for our biggest ever Great British Day Out...
